6. International Data Transfers
Your personal data may be transferred to and stored on servers outside the UAE. Specifically:
Cross-Border Transfer Disclosure
Your data is stored on servers operated by Hetzner Online GmbH located in Germany.
Germany is a member of the European Union and subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which provides an adequate level of protection recognised under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law.
Where data is transferred to other third parties (such as Twilio for WhatsApp delivery or Google for advertising), those transfers are governed by appropriate contractual safeguards including standard contractual clauses and the respective companies' data processing agreements.
7. How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy:
